After all social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc., introduced story features, we have been talking about when a feature like this will come to apps like Outlook, Teams, or maybe Yammer.

Introducing Microsoft Viva Engage

Viva Engage will bring Yammer into the Viva suite as the newest Viva member with a modern approach and many new features.

Storyline

Iā€™m excited about the Storyline and Story feature.

In almost all companies I have worked for and with, there have been many informational emails, including success stories, what are departments/teams working on, and releases of exciting new products. E-mails are great for certain communications but lack employee engagement.

I firmly believe the Storyline feature will increase rich employee engagement, by allowing readers to quickly engage with the publishing part.

As Viva engage is a rebranded modern version of Yammer, it will stay included in Microsoft 365 subscriptions, which already include Yammer. Therefore, no need to bring out the šŸ’³
